What do i have to do in order to get my website on to google's search???

i have made these two sites
www.garfieldmonthly.blogspot.com and
www.calvinmonthly.blogspot.com

plz suggest methods by which i can route more traffic to my site.

long story short, it aint going to happen, unless you tell people about it. to even have a decent listing in google, yahoo, etc, you need one of a couple things. either you pay a fee (don't recall exactly how much) to be featured in the directory or search engine. Google adwords (yahoo has something like that). the other is to have a lot of people link to your site. the more people link to your site, the better your ranking to be listed.

since you have blogs, i suggest you use something such as feedburner.com; this will allow you to automatically ping (submit to the blog search engines) google blogs, and other blog search engines.

you have to submit your site to Google and other search engines. Google's formula for ranking seems to be always undergoing changes, but part of it is based on links on your site and sites linked to you.
