I got ad ware/ spy ware redirect me to some other crappy search engine?

whenever I use yahoo to search something, the links I found from yahoo always redirect me to some other crappy search engine! I've tried spy sweep, spy doctor and it is still there.
Is there anyway to fix it beside formating my computer ??
