After you go through both screenshots, you will know what the problem is.

The term 13506753648 should hit at least one document, but it doesn't.
Any idea?

This may not be the perfect answer. But you can think of this if any of the answers doesn’t fit for your. I think the number 13506753648 doesn’t appear in any “web page”. That’s why you don’t get any results for that according to the link http://picasaweb.google.com/mailtumengyu/Screenshots/photo#5118141707647435746 But if you observe closely you get a result page for a different search done in a different language as shown in the link http://picasaweb.google.com/mailtumengyu/Screenshots/photo#5118141703352468434 Can you see the text “[xls] userinfosheet” in that result? This means (as I guess) the number 13506753648 is probably a value which appears in a cell inside the MS Excel file called “userinfosheet.xls” and my guess is Google doesn’t search the numbers in side the excel files when you give a standard search like 13506753648 inside the Google search box.
I don’t know weather this help or not. But this is my try for your answer!

Lol, I think you have too much time on your hands here! :P

Anyway, I don't think Google is 100% accurate at what it searches. It's either or that or Google isn't good with numbers.
