To access the BIOS (I assume you want to change the boot priority), press either Esc, F1, or Del, with F1 and Del being the most commonly used.
After you set the boot priority so the CD drive is first, insert your XP CD and reboot. You will see setup start. Just follow the prompts (they aren't too difficult) ad you will have Windows installed in 20 min to an hour, depending on how old your computer is.
