Why does everything I click on send me to an adult directory?

I just tried to go to Dell.com and was sent to an adult directory. I then went to Yahoo Help and was again given an adult directory. Why am I constantly given adult crap?

I believe this is a case of bad spyware/a virus. Get a good antispyware (I suggest Spybot - Search and Destroy) and a good antivirus system (again, I suggest Avast!) and keep then up to date and scan daily.
