I have some empty folders on my Windows XP computer that I can't move,

rename or delete. Any ideas ? I have run scans, system diagnsitics, defrags. I am coping my CDs to my computer, some of these discs didn't work and became empty files, that I now can not delete. There was one file that I got into the Recycle Bin, but now it won't delete from that. Anyone out there with a solution other than formatting my drive.

There is a program called move on reboot or move on boot. Use that. Safemode doesn't always work.
