Voice wavs to download to PC programs to run.?

Is there a place to download voice wavs to PC so when the program starts i.e. mail it says: "You've got mail" or "Goodbye" when signing off. It's like an AOL thing but I'm using outlook and internet explorer. Thanks for any help u can give me.

yes, but don't know website, just google for particular name. for to say as of aol u need special softwares, windows have some default sounds in sonds & audio properties->sounds in control panel. special softwares dragon or philips speech recognation.
