There are 2 drives - C: & D:? My C: has 20 GB space and D: has 91 GB space with 36 GB free. I have followed everything written in Help and Support.
First, enter Computer Management then in the console click on Disk Management under Storage. Then rt-click on D:->shrink volume. In shrink volume, I enter the amount of space I need for another partition, i.e., 15GB(This is to install Linux). Then I click on Shrink. After some time an error message is displayed--"An unexpected error has occurred. Check the System Event Log for more information on the error. Close the Disk Management console, then restart Disk Management or restart the computer."
I have done restarting and all but nothing happens. PLEASE HELP!!!
I need Linux badly.
