ACT Database Program?

I work for a large construction company in a division that deals with boilers. My managers are really looking for a version of ACT that would suffice well enough for computer illiterate people. What version of ACT would you recommend?

Keeping in mind its setup has to be simple; these are the types of people that know how to send out emails... thats it. I am basically their eyes and ears technology wise.

Any recommendations of versions or different setups?

ACT is likely the best for contact managment. I've never seen one that is a whole lot more simple than ACT while still providing any worthy features.

I'd do your best to tell those people to stop being idots. I'm sure they'll be gone before computers are and they might benefit just a little from knowing how to use them.
