anyone good at SEO, give me some advice on my site , thx !?

my site was build more than one years ago, but the pr is still zero, and the traffic have only 100 people ,it made me so sad :( :(

And i doubt does this site not be welcomed for google or some searchs ? anyone be good at SEO or have some experiences on improving the pr and traffic, pls give me advice !, thx !

This is the common problem faced by many site builder.

There are some things you have to take care while building the site.

1. Please, be sure that your web syntax are properly written
2. you have linked with the site that are at least of 3 PR
3. You have to choose the keywords that commonly strikes to your site
4. Your description must able to describe the objective of the site.

5. Try to make your page as simple and attractive as possible
