Is there a program to talk into your microphone to open up other programs?

hi every1, i was wondering if theres a program that you an set voice commands to open programs. like i set it so when i say open internet, internet opens. tyty

I dont know about xp but vista in control pannel has voice recognition that will be what you open. note: you will need to chose the classic view option to find this software that comes with your computer easier
