Besides that surf the net and watch videos and those normal stuff; but no gaming.
I wanna work with C++ Java Photoshop Dreamweaver ..

It should be fine. However, consider that the code in a web application is run by IIS--not necessarily on the dev system unless you're hosting the prototype site. Even then I think you'll be fine. That said, I'm familiar (write books about) Visual Studio and the resources it takes. I would expect DreamWeaver to be comparable.
