...without affecting anything else? The subdirectory "C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\YPSR\Quarantine" has many files stored in it that I have no clue as to why they are there. There are many many .zip files in there too. It appears these are files quarantined by security checks, but nothing I can find tells me I can ever delete them. I don't need to store unnecessary files, especially ones that are security problems, even if they are quarantined.

These Quarantine files are where your infections that could not be removed are stored, so they do not spread onto your computer.

Yes you can. No problems. Quarantined means that they aren't interacting with any other files anyway.
