Does anyone know interview questions regarding webmaster position at Google Inc.?

I am planning to apply for the webmaster position at Google something like:

I have heard they ask you some problem-solving question regardless of what kind of position you apply for? Is it true? I also heard that they will ask you to take the GLAT (Google Labs Aptitude Test) for ANY position. Is it true?

I have heard a lot of stories about Google, but I would like to know what is real and what is myth about Google.
