I need to learn how to mod call of duty 2 PC Multiplayer.?

So please I just need to learn how to mod. Please leave a link or guide. I know how to download just tell me how to load it to the game or whatever it is you do. Plus tell me how to activate it or whatever. I don't care if it is a different t file type plz just tell.
