I am using Windows Vista Ultimate and I can't 3D alt tab. I am pressing the windows sign and tab and nothing is coming up. Also the weird thing is that I also can't clear my recently opened files folder by right clicking it and pressing clear. On my Vista Home Premium laptop I can do both without a problem. I also can't change the color scheme of my start up bar and such..
