Can u delete virus and stuff like that by deleting an account?

or will it still exist because right now my problems in only 1 account and has not spread
i need to delete a .tmp malware in my temp folder and i did a complete scan with my anti virus AVG and a complete scan with Spyware termanator but havent found any .tmp even though AVG caught it in action

You Don't need files from the temp folder. if you know the file name boot up in safe mode and delete the file.
However you should get something like McAfee VirusScan as an antivirus.......AVG Should have removed it already
