Whit what program can I record on pc?

Hi. So I wanna record my FIFA 08 super goals, and I want to upload 'em on YouTube. Whit what program can I record them? Pls help me. All the help will be great apreciated. :D

I think you can use music programs like iTunes and Windows Media Player, but I don't know if it works for movies. But if you have mac I think you can use some of the movie programs there, or you miht download something from the net. Search on the net and see if you find something, Good luck!
