As to the number of spam posts and members signing up just to have there link on the memberslist,
all new members will now need to have posted 3 none spammy posts before they can add a signature to there posts,
after you have posted 3 posts your signature and your profile options will automaticly be active again,
also new users must post 3 posts(without URLs) after you have post 3 posts without urls the option to post urls in your posts will automaticly be active.
Also if you add a link to your signature do NOT add the " " if you add a link like this [url="http://www.... it will not work see below on how to add links: this is how it should look without the " [url=http://www....
As for the members list you will need to have posted 5 posts for your link to be shown, this is so only our real members get there link on the PR4 memberslist page and not some spammer.
(Sorry it as come to this but it needed to be done to stop the low life spammers posting porn and bad links)
