of the site also. How ? If we search for Microsoft or Apple or other companies, the first search result is of the company itself and within the result, we get a brief sitemap of the company, with links to important pages of the site. How do I get the same result for my company?

For a few selected sites Google shows the regular snippet plus additional 'useful' links from within that site. According to Google the selection and presentation is done algorithmically. So you can't 'choose' to have them.

If you are interested in how it may be accomplished there is a recent Google patent application you can read on the subject http://appft1.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PG01&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsrchnum.html&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=%2220060287985%22.PGNR.&OS=DN/20060287985&RS=DN/20060287985

you need to make a sitemap (google.com/services will help you make one). if you want to appear 1st on a search engine, you have to pay the search engine site thousands of dollars (~$32 thousand).
