links they never used? She can see her website randomly through a link off of my page, but cannot type it in the browser it will not work.
The site is http://www.designsbyrainey.com that she is trying to access, she can access this page by going to my page http://www.katiebetler.com and going to the my services page and clicking on the link to her site.
WHAT IS WRONG? She has IE7, newly downloaded, no windows firewall setup, and all security settings low, still does not work.
