Is the DMOZ Open Directory still accepting submissions?

I've been trying to add my website http://www.greensystemsuk.com to the DMOZ Open Directory but it's not been accepting new website submissions for over a month. All the user gets is a fault page and a message saying,"try back in a couple of days..".

I've tried emailing but no response.

Does anybody know what is happening with the DMOZ website?

No, I tried checking if they accept submission for over three months now.

I get always a page that says, "Service Unavailable". Other great places to get your site listed like the DMOZ, are The google directory and wikipedia (don't know how exactly).

I have been checking as well and get the same result. I would guess they are lacking editors to check submissions.
