.dream weaver 8... i am using dream weaver 8 and need to find a scroll bar

box, can anyone tell me were to? i,m a new user to dream weaver 8, and i,m trying to find a scroll bar box so i can place jpg images in side,,, but i do not seem to be able to locate it in dream weaver,,,, my question is,,, does dreamweaver have this faciliaty or do i have to write in manually

not sure exactly what you want but try clicking on insert ...media image viewer...this may allow you to place various images that can be scrolled through...you could also have the images on various pages...and use a navigation bar which is found in insert... image objects...navigation bar...

Ummm.... I think you're talking about a frame. A frame essentially splits a page so that they can be scrolled independently. The frame can be horizontal or vertical and can be found under the toolbar at the top. Go to hte Layout tab and click the Frame button (2nd from right). You may also choose to use an i frame which differs in that they don't have to stretch across the entire page. These have to be hand-coded but you can find lots of tutorials online. You could also use a div which is in the Layouts tab and 2nd from left.

I would suggest using the Frame. It's by far the simplist.
