COMPUTER ViRUS????

I have SOMETHING wrong with my computer and i dont know what to do. It just randomly appeared and says i have some W32.Myzor.@fy virus spyware thingy...But all of the warning are so fake i think the thing making the warnings is the VIRUS?

HELP!!!!!!!!
