i need something quick to get rid of a virus plz
i have tried multiple virus scanners and they dont remove nor disinfect the problem
so heres the problem
everytime i run any virus scan, when the scanner gets to a certain file(dont know what file) the computer restarts
my computer has restarted 15 times in the past hour
also mozilla and internet explorer doesnt work any more
i have to use msn to connect to the web
i need help quick please
