Caffeine has been prohibited by medical experts because of the harmful effects it would have on the body. Coffee is one rich source of caffeine but somehow I cannot allow myself not to take a cup of coffee everyday.

Coffee is addicting isn't it? I mostly drink it for the caffeine when I'm feeling sluggish. I've been able to go without it for awhile though. One thing I don't miss is the jittery feeling I get when I drink coffee (or anything with caffeine for that matter) on an empty stomach.

coffee is addicting but i cant imagine my life without it :D i am a zombie in te morning until i get my coffee cup, tried to quit drinking coffee a several times but no luck. still, even if it's addictive, it's not as bad as cigarettes and obviously far less harmful then drugs like grass, coke and other stuff.
