Is there a free and easy program to create websites? Something simple and intutive?

You should get the macromedia package- Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and Flash- if you want a really good website. It'll cost you a pretty penny but it's worth it.

No. But there are templates available. Readymade stuff that you just type stuff into and upload to the server

Or

Readymade stuff on the web that you do not need to upload. Just use it online and update it there.
