Looking for SEO projects….?

I am a Search Engine Optimizer currently working in a web designing company in Punjab ..But I think I am not working to my potential here. My prime work is just of a link builder here in some stupid projects .(mere a waste of time). So I need some freelance work. I am very much capable in optimizing the site for all the major Search Engines in the all white ways (101 link building way s by Aaron Wall and Andy Hagans. Remember! ). So can any of you give me a link to sites, forums or the people in India or the World who are willing to outsource their SEO Projects need my services. I am looking for challenging projects with competitive keywords. Plus I am very much affordable according to the project and the Client’s offering but just to mention I doesn’t charge any thing more than $ 11 per hour for any of the project.. So does any of you nice fellows/Optimizers at Yahoo Answers help me !
