Have a look at the links below, the first one is an Irish directory it's full of all things Irish for the genealogist, the second link is the Irish Archives office, I don't know if that's of any use to you in your search but It might help you,

Try the National Library, it's right beside the Government Buildings (Dail) in central Dublin.
