I'm using Windows Media Encoder 9 to create a live audio stream from my computer. The problem is I don't know how to link to it. The encoder says to connect to http://myipaddress:port. Going there in Internet Explorer does nothing. I have to actually enter the link IN windows media player for it to connect to the stream. What I need to do is put a link on my webpage that will open windows media player on the viewer's computer and connect to the stream, but I have no idea how to do it. Any ideas?
