msn live messenger question.....?

how do i turn pictures or animated pictures into msn live messenger emoticons?
Please answer ASAP......

Bring them into the messenger, then save it .
I have saved emoticons sent by others that way.
Right click and save.

Also, you can go to featured emoticons and import them.

Open up a conversation with anyone.

Click the smilies drop down arrow
Click Show All
Click The Create... Button

Then you can select your picture.

Put in what you want to type to send the emoticons, and then put in an optional name.

Click OK and you should have your own custom emoticons.
