Act Database! How do I export the ACT database to include all Notes and Sales

opportunities.? I am able to export the main database using the export command int the "File" pulldown. However this does not export the Notes and Sales Opportunites. Can anyone Please tell me how to achieve this?
Could I re-assign a couple of the User" fields?
