how to make tabs on html?

How do you make tabs on html, like on the top where you put Home Photo Gallery Videos contacts
please tell me the code, i am very amature on this but i am learning

dude just use Frontpage, or Microsoft Expression Web

you can use tabs in html. it doesnt let you for it. you can use space char Â* to have more spaces. if you want to use tabs, you need to use tables or css for it. otherwise I am not sure but there is no way for it.
