Yahoo! Search Marketing help!!!?

Yahoo is really ticking me off. I have had yahoo search marcketing (pay per click) for a few months and I want to be able to use up all the credits that are stored in my account and not have them charge me anymore! When I have lots of money store in my account, I get an email from them saying "we charged your credit card to add more funds to your account" I don't even need them! So, I want to discontinue this, be able to finsih off all my credits stored and be done with it. Any ideas on how to do this?
