Aim Messenger Problem?

I downloaded aim messenger about a week ago and it has worked great.... well today i try signing on and it says "connection timed out".. my internet is working so its not the internet connection. I deleted aim from my computer and reinstalled it but no luck. Does anybody know whats wrong?

You are not the only person having this problem. It may be some bug in their system. They are working on it
