I decided to cancel after not seeing ANY results with over 500 clicks in a three week period. Has anyone had good results? I realize 3 weeks isn't very long, but I would have expected at least 1 person to contact me out of 500.

hi there,
the idea is to use less common words which strike your contents in your site.
if u sell clothes, don't just use "clothes" as a keyword, you can try "fashion T-shirts" or something more specific.
over 3 weeks and so few clicks, i recommend u cancel it first and do some more research before doing it again if there's no charges for cancellation.
would be great to know your what's your website url?

Hi - I use Yahoo and see results, not as goog as Google but pretty decent. Some things to consider.
I am a search marketer for a living, so I do PPC alot. Are you on the content network? If so, get off - I really think it is a big waste of your advertising spend.
Also what words are you targeting and how. If your words are to broad, your traffic will be as well.
Example - If your selling computers and you target "Computers" as a word
You may also get people searching for computer repair and computer jobs...you've then spent money on a click when the traffic was never qualified.
What does your ad copy look like? Do you tell people what you expect them to do?
If you are landing people on a home page expecting them to find their way - big mistake. Try creating a custom landing page that is relevant to the words your targeting.
Does this help?
being successful with PP
