I want to have a website similar to answers.yahoo.com where people can ask questions and reply in different categories.
i have domain and space both
can anyone design the website.?

I've been designing websites for many years. I have experience with just about any type of website design.

To do what you want the right way would not be cheap. A custom Q&A section for a website would take awhile to design and develop properly from scratch.

I don't know of any Apache modules or plugins that would handle this for you. However, you might want to search for php code that can 'almost' do what you want, then modify it to fit exactly what you want.

I can do either of these for you, but again, to do it right, takes time and money.

Before you ask how much, ANYONE, including me would need to know your complete specs for the project before being able to quote you even a ballpark figure.

If you came back with ..."well, I want it to do exactly what yahoo does", then I, or anyone would need to carefully look into all the features that the yahoo Q&A site has to offer, then figure how long it would take to duplicate that.

Be careful of anyone quoting you a low price for this. After the poorly designed and developed program, it can take a long time to correct all the mistakes and make it work right.
