Scarlet... Unfortunately, there is a lot that you could be doing wrong! I would pause your campaigns and go do some reading. This is a very complex relationship between bids, ads, keywords, landing pages and merchant conversion and on and on... Google has some really great tutorials. Abestweb.com is where the Super Affiliates hang out and share tips so I would go there and read the archives. You can check out the links below.

Keep in mind:
1) Keep you bids low. If you need to create more ads do so - just avoid raising your bid.
2) Make sure that you merchant converts (do a test purchase or check out who tracks or not on Abestweb)

Hi there,
I too tried making money from affiliate advertising on Google, Yahoo and MSN. I came out with around £6,000 per month from Affiliate Future but It was costing me over half in advertising.

I switched to other methods. Like listing your affiliate link of free directories like http://www.tristaronline.co.uk and http://www.uktradesdirectory.co.uk

Yes my earning have fallen to around £4,000 to £4,500 but remember I do not have to pay google, yahoo or msn anything.
