SEO ranking?

I am a Search Engine Optimizer. I have promoted some sites. among them 2 doesn't have any ranking, though i have used the alt tags, good keywords still not in google/yahoo.What should i do?

Make sure you have optimised your keyword text within the wording on the page and these keywords are reflected within your alt tags, meta tags and links as well.
