I don't use those - but I do use Trellian's Competitor Intelligence. It's much cheaper than Hitwise - and much better than any free stuff.On the toolkit side, plenty of people use their Keyword Discovery tools. Most tools can be found individually free apart from that (and Yahoo and Adlab.search.msn.com havde fairly cool keyword tools)
