Sounds like your computer has a virus or trojan.
I am assuming you have Windows XP, as all of the software below works great with XP. If you have any other version please drop by www.download.com and search for similar softwares for your system.
I would start with running Ad-Aware;

After cleaning with that I use HiJack This, as it can remove dam near anything that some other anti-spyware programs miss;

*Note: Many people download and run HijackThis after visiting a Computer Tech Help Forum. This section is designed to help you produce a log, post the log at that Forum and finally remove the items as directed by the Member helping you. This involves no analysis of the list contents by you. That will be done by the Help Forum Staff. It is a Quick Start.
If you have run any malware removal software (Ad-aware, AVG, Antispyware, SuperAntiSpyware…), please reboot before scanning. *End of Note
After running HiJack This, go to this forum site(below) and read this article on how to post your log. After posting wait for an answer on what needs to be removed, as HiJack This is throrough but can do some harm if not used correctly.

After all that I would get a good anti-virus. If you can't afford to buy Norton, then try Avast;

Also, here's a great article at Cnet's download.com about Trojans;
