San Andreas PC mods?

Looking for a WORKING First person view mod for san andreas on the pc. We have tried cam hack and it didn't work they way we wanted it to. Anyone know of one that really works?
If there is no fp view mod, is there a way to remove the cross hairs from the rocket launcher?
We need this for a continuation SA movie xD
