Google Search results?

Hi, If you search google for "123" the first result is 123greetings.com - right ?
There we see Birthday, Birthday Wishes, Birthday Fun and few more links below the main link from 123greetings.com.

My question is how this happens? Is this due to any sitemap kind of thing and evey one can do this OR its Google itself did for some sites?
