screen resolution problem in kompozer html software?

when i save a project in kompozer and open it in I.E, the design i made would not fit with the IE window. as when i maximise the window the website gets smaller and when i restore it fits.

y doesnt it get to fit according to the window?

Because you have fixed the size of the layout to be some explicit number. Simply set the size of your layout elements to be a percentage of the available area, and it will scale to fit.

Some things just odd, and dont fit the full screen, this is not uncommon so do not be stessed.
