Norton Anti-Virus Help! Forgot Administrator Password?

I forgot the Administrator password. Now I can't do anything on Norton. I need to be logged in as the administrator to uninstall so I can't do that. Is there a password recovery sortware I can use?

go to c:/drive program files and delete directly norton folder and then install again, there is no other way

i had norton, it sucked. if your logon is admin the password is either "password" or "admin". my subscription for norton ended last week. i bought the internet security suite to be used on 3 PCs for $90 last year, and this year they wanted $120 to renew my subscription. norton slowed down my comps big time and i had more problems with it then i did without it. i just got the eTrust Security suite for $50 and can use that on all 3 comps, and the subscription lasts for 2 yrs not, not one. there has been a noticeable positive difference since i stopped using norton.

hmm if any one else having same problem then try to use this go on add remove programs remove norton antivirus when it ask password gave it ... "symantec" ..as password irrespect of what ever was ur password now u can easily remove norton antivirus
