Virtual PC software with 3D?

Is there any virtual pc software for Windows/Linux with 3D? I want to be able to run windows aero/compiz fusion in a virtual machine

Yes I was wondering about this the other day so I asked a question along those lines :

So its not possible at the moment, lets hope it can be done in the future.

Hi, no currently no software offers 3d acceleration, I know its lame but I think they r working on it still.
