Why does Yahoo search Engine go to a different website other than one selected?

officedepot search goes to monster.com

A Yahoo search of officedepot should bring up the official site www.officedepot.com preceeded by a sponsored ad for the same site.

If you get anything else, especially lists including the usual spam stuff (viagra, fake designer goods etc) then you have probably downloaded malware that has "hijacked your browser"

I don't really see the point of redirecting to Monster but if it is NOT really Monster but just looks like it, they could be trying to entice you to enter personal information. Watch out.
