Hello. I am looking for a good website design software. I need to be able to sell items securely via credit card, papal, etc. I need to be able to include a video on the website about my product. I do not have much experience with website design. I am not looking for a $400 program like dreamweaver. I am just looking for a program under $100 or even free to create a website with a shopping cart and a way to sell stuff. Thanks in advance!
I live in the us. I don't have a webhost yet but I am willing to pay the $60 a month. I have used coffecup before can you make a shopping cart with it and sell stuff?

Well you can make a site absolutely for free. It's called html and css. Try it sometime. If your serous about making money you would spend the money for frontpage or dreamweaver if you don't know much about hmtl/css java, flash. As for a cheap program I'm not entirely sure you can find one. Try renting space from www.5u.com and they free website builders to help you out.

Do you have a webhost?

With many companies there are options for a program named Fantastico, it will automatically install ecommerce scripts for you (shopping carts) at no cost. You can find webhosting for like $60 a year that will give you all of the resources you could ever need to start up a site.

There's also signing up for hostgator (they're pretty cheap), you have the ability to access about 4500 templates that would typically be found on templatemonster.com, so you then have a free professional ecommerce template to include with your ecommerce website and all you would need is to upload the files with any free FTP software.

If you're looking for an actual HTML editor that's inexpensive but includes almost everything Dreamweaver does, I'm going to say CoffeeCup HTML. It's free to try and $49 to buy.
