I've had a third level google page ranked blog for like a year now. How do I get to level four is it really that hard?

Well for you to have better ranking you need to be linked by better ranked pages and website.Try cross linking. Google's page rank works on three folds. 1) Good Page development and proper meta tags2) Uniqueness of the content3) and the most important how well you are linked and if you linked by better ranking websites all the good for you.If you are linked by a website that has a page rank of 5 (some pages might have page rank 4 or 3 or 2 in the same website you need to be linked from the page which has a page rank of 5) you will receive PR 4

The best way to get your page rank higher higher is to get links from other high paged websites to your website. It really takes time. For example there are 4-5 year old website that make a lot of money and are real popular, but if you check their Google page rank, it might be 6 or 7. Having a website is like an RPG game. You have to build up, gain experience in the game and then become really good the same way you get your website a high rank and then you become popular. So, if you want your rank to go up, take your time, and submit your blog to high value websites and exchange links with other high pageranked bloggers. It takes time but it's worth it.
