...are your least favorite? I'm doing a report for school and I need to gather some opinions. Also, if you want to say why you do or don't use another instant messenger that'd be appreciated too. The most thorough / helpful answer gets the points!

I love the fonts and the way it works. I HATE the layout of the whole thing. Its so old fashioned and ugggggly. They need to make it more modern. I LOVE windows live messenger. MUCH better look and preformance.
